Re: SFTP Question with a non-standard template

Solution....

the 'put' needs full paths and file names on both sides of the statement. looks like a specific requirement by z-host server.

But at least I now have data moving from local to website correctly - however I don't have an automatic refresh every 60 seconds. :(

Re: SFTP Question with a non-standard template

Re: WH3081 weather station pressure setting

You have a replacement transmitter and the problem remains.
I don't know the set up you have, but the Davis range have their pressure sensors in the
console/receiver.

Good idea, though, to compare what you should be getting with a local analysis map.

Re: Struggling with SFTP

Thanks Mark, I'm trying to follow wiki and threads like this one. winSCP is loaded and I've checked that I can logon to the server correctly. Server requires FTP over TLS Explicit encryption. As of yesterday evening, I hadn't got the script file to work. I have an idea I'll check this morning. The ...

Re: SFTP Question with a non-standard template

Solved.

I had the file going into a new folder under "webfiles".

Sending it directly to "web" works, with it overwriting correctly.

Re: SFTP Question with a non-standard template

I thought I had a solution.
Use the Internet Configuration Files Panel to process the file and transfer it back into the Cumulus Folder.
It works once, processing the txt file re-saving as a php, but doesn't over-write.

SFTP Question with a non-standard template

OK, I'm following the wiki instruction on setting up a web transfer. The wiki explains how to set up the scripts that Cumulus will use to initiate a secure transfer. Unfortunately it refers solely to standard templates and images, and doesn't explain what to do with the Files panel. I am using a few...

Re: Unresponsive

Thanks.
After switching off the process for web site part, there's no longer any non-responsive errors.
I did wonder if it was something else, but glad to see it confirmed as not just me!

Re: Struggling with SFTP

Just dropping by to ask a silly question.

Is this script instead of the extra settings in the Files Internet Configuration panel, or as well as?

You may :groan: or :bash: as appropriate :D

Unresponsive

Hi All..... Just (finally) started making plans to upload data to a webpage. During this process I have set Cumulus up to copy relevant files through to a directory on the same PC. Coincidentally I've started to notice the Cumulus Title change with an unresponsive error added. Is this a consequence ...

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

Earthquake - aye, let's blame the weatherman - or the weatherman's webpages :D. It gave us a big trace here in Scotland, not seen one of that magnitude or longevity for a few years. Hope everyone on that side of the globe is OK...

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

That looks good! But Gentle Breeze? It’s a real-time indicator using bft scale so at the time of screenshot that was what it was 10 seconds later could be higher or lower or the same . Beaufort scale https://www.rmets.org/weather-and-climate/observing/beaufort-scale Och! Apologies, you are correct ...
