Re: Correct way to shutdown CumulusMX

Thanks... Just what I was looking for, these two simple commands. Probably just what I've been reading before, but could not find my way back to. Can I now trust MS (I don't trust them very much) to stop this service in a 'graceful' way? I'll just leave it this way, and see what happens. Thanks for ...

Re: Correct way to shutdown CumulusMX

Hi.

Yeah, I know...
I HAVE read about how to do this earlier, but I simply can NOT find it again.
These WIKIs are not very easy to find Your way around.

Correct way to shutdown CumulusMX

Hi folks. I have just installed CMX on a Windows 10 computer. I'm a bit worried about best way to stop CMX when needed. I understand that using a simple 'kill' is not a good idea. Ctrl-c in the program windows is the preferred method. But how about Windows Update? I have disabled automatic restart, ...

Re: Charts going blank

Hi.

You're absolutely right...
After editing these values, everything works just fine.
I can just wonder why I didn't see this, or how it came to be.

I just love the new charts in CMX, really nice.
Even more so, when they work as intended.

Thanks for Your help.

Charts going blank

Hello out there. I have just upgraded from Cumulus1 to CumulusMX 3101. I have a question about the charts. Is there a reason why the Daily Temp in Recent Charts and all the Historic Charts goes blank after a restart of CMX? They do build up nicely during the following days, but a new restart and the...

Re: NOAA reports not found in CMX

Hi.

I didn't really reflect wether it was single or double quotes.
I just assumed the system got it right. With MM it does.
Does it make any difference?
Should I change it?
It seems to be working now.

Re: NOAA reports not found in CMX

Hi.
Thanks.
I knew it was something very simple.
I had simply overseen the obvious.

Changing from "mmyy" to "MMyy" did the trick.
Not used to "MM" being numerical.
"mm" is default, for some reason.

NOAA reports not found in CMX

Hi. I have just installed CumulusMX 3.9.0 (3095). I have installed it over a copy of my Cumulus1 installation. The idea was to migrate to MX after a decade in C1. After a lot of editing here and there, it seems to be working OK. But I can't get the NOAA Reports to work. In the admin interface, I can...

PHP version

Hi all.

I'm running two Cumulus installations on my ISP WEB Host.
Version 1.9.4 build 1099 and 3.0.0 build 3043.
Now I'm told that the WEB Host will upgrade all PHP to v7.2.
In my case that would mean upgrading from 5.6 to 7.2.
Will this upgrade have any effect on my Cumulus sites?

Re: CumulusMX trends webpage

Hi.

Well, both yes and no.
I did manage to find out what files to "borrow" from the CumulusMX system to at least display the graphs on my Cumulus1 site.
But how can I create the required .json files from my Cumulus1 system to keep the graphs updated?

CumulusMX trends webpage

Hi. I have just installed CumulusMX on a RPi and now it works just fine. When browsing the website to witch it uploads, I really like the charts page. I would like to use this page for my older Cumulus1 setup as well. Just "borrowing" the trendsT.htm obviously is not enough, I miss somethi...
