Thanks Mark,
These MXdiags should cover from before the ID change and to current. I think the change was made May 2nd at about 09:45 am (MXdiags: 20240501-164000). This is for my testing for the "Cloud" station types.
Enjoy,
Paul

Re: CMX v4 Station Type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2)

Re: Version 4 Release Candidate #2
b4021 working fine here.
The first time you use localhost:8994/ai2 it does not load properly but with localhost:8004/ai2/index.html then ok, and any subsequent reload with just localhost:8994/ai2 then loads fine.
Enjoy,
Paul

Re: Reports not uploading
Hi,
Great... one of the things to be aware of when changing between FTP and PHP uploads is the path for NOAA reports and any Extra web files added for upload.
Enjoy,
Paul

Yes "Reports", thanks David. That is what happens when you do a quick long post late at night before going to bed without first proofreading

Re: Reports not uploading
Hi, Your Cumulus.ini gives a hint... and sorry for the long reply. Your FTP uploads setting: Directory=/domains/redanweather.com/public_html/ Sslftp=3 Your NOAA upload settings: FTPDirectory=/domains/redanweather.com/public_html/Reports Your upload settings as: Sslftp=3 indicates you are using PHP u...

Re: CMX v4 Station Type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2)
Hi Mark,
I missed your reply here but the other new WLL low battery thread reminded me to check, and I can confirm selecting the VP2 ID 675 has eliminated the low battery warning and latest error messages in CMX.
Enjoy,
Paul

Re: Low battery alarm
CMX has been giving me low battery warning 0.07 V for a while now. Weatherlink.com shows Input Voltage 4.7 V and Battery Voltage 0.1 V. I checked the batteries on my very basic voltage meter and they show Good. I ordered new batteries a week ago and they also show as Good on my meter, and put them i...

Re: Reports not uploading
Hi,
As David says, check your NOAA settings. Especially your Upload folder: path. Looks like you are using PHP upload so for path it likely should be just: Reports

Paul

Re: What is current Cumullus version
Hi, For your Cumulus version 1, the 2014 version 1.9.4 b1099 released in 2014 is the latest https://www.cumuluswiki.org/a/Software#Legacy_releases and you would also need the 1099.2 patch to overcome the maximum year 2020 in the reports with version 1. Cumulus v1 is no longer maintained but still wo...

Thanks again Ken for your help and guidance as to the issue. Now onto the needed updates, and fixing other links, etc.

Re: Website "Now safe"
Thanks Ken. That is my expected outcome. I have not yet heard from EC but followed up with an email this morning. There has also been no further response from EU Digital services either. I have been following Mapantz' thread that appears to be somewhat similar. Switching hosts has often been suggest...

Re: Ecowitt not constantly uploading to Cumulus
Hi, If your dayfile is now OK except for missing April 20 you can run the CreateMissing utility to add that date. Going to your https://redanweather.com/Reports/NOAAYR2024.txt gets "Error, duplicate entry in dayfile for 18/04/2024" And https://redanweather.com/Reports/NOAAYR2023.txt" ...

Re: Ecowitt not constantly uploading to Cumulus
Hi,
That would be one of the files in your CumulusMX\MXdiags\ folder like you did earlier and that covers the time when you are not getting data. You can attach more than one file, and zip if they are too large.
Enjoy,
Paul
