Re: Some Data not Showing Up on Dashboard or Gauges
Hi, A number of things... it may sound daunting but one step at a time to keep it simple. First one is the station type. 2024-05-07 16:53:47.268 Station type: 20 - Davis Cloud (VP2) 2024-05-07 16:53:48.413 GetStations: Found WeatherLink station id = 182590, name = Eastbourne Kingstowne 2024-05-07 16...

Re: Some Data not Showing Up on Dashboard or Gauges
Hi,
It will also be helpful if you could attach the Cumulus.ini configuration file (located in your \CumulusMX\ folder) which is your settings file. If you have any upload setting included they are encrypted so should not be any security compromise.
Enjoy,
Paul

Re: Some Data not Showing Up on Dashboard or Gauges
Hi, By zip I meant to click on the files to select them, right click, and select Send to > Compressed (Zipped) folder, which will create a smaller zip file for attaching. I presume by " selected VP2 WLC in setup" you meant selecting Davis WeatherLInk Cloud (WLL/WLC), is that correct? The n...

Re: Some Data not Showing Up on Dashboard or Gauges
Hi, Zip the latest files from MXdiags folder, and best to enable Debug and Data logging and run that for about 15 minutes first. Then you can disable that logging. By Weatherlink Console do you mean the current new style console, or? What station type have you selected in Station settings? Enjoy, Paul

Re: CMX v4 Station Type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2)
Thanks Mark,
These MXdiags should cover from before the ID change and to current. I think the change was made May 2nd at about 09:45 am (MXdiags: 20240501-164000). This is for my testing for the "Cloud" station types.
Enjoy,
Paul

Re: CMX v4 Station Type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2)

Re: Version 4 Release Candidate #2
b4021 working fine here.
The first time you use localhost:8994/ai2 it does not load properly but with localhost:8004/ai2/index.html then ok, and any subsequent reload with just localhost:8994/ai2 then loads fine.
Enjoy,
Paul

Re: Reports not uploading
Hi,
Great... one of the things to be aware of when changing between FTP and PHP uploads is the path for NOAA reports and any Extra web files added for upload.
Enjoy,
Paul

Yes "Reports", thanks David. That is what happens when you do a quick long post late at night before going to bed without first proofreading

Re: Reports not uploading
Hi, Your Cumulus.ini gives a hint... and sorry for the long reply. Your FTP uploads setting: Directory=/domains/redanweather.com/public_html/ Sslftp=3 Your NOAA upload settings: FTPDirectory=/domains/redanweather.com/public_html/Reports Your upload settings as: Sslftp=3 indicates you are using PHP u...

Re: CMX v4 Station Type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2)
Hi Mark,
I missed your reply here but the other new WLL low battery thread reminded me to check, and I can confirm selecting the VP2 ID 675 has eliminated the low battery warning and latest error messages in CMX.
Enjoy,
Paul

Re: Low battery alarm
CMX has been giving me low battery warning 0.07 V for a while now. Weatherlink.com shows Input Voltage 4.7 V and Battery Voltage 0.1 V. I checked the batteries on my very basic voltage meter and they show Good. I ordered new batteries a week ago and they also show as Good on my meter, and put them i...

Hi,
As David says, check your NOAA settings. Especially your Upload folder: path. Looks like you are using PHP upload so for path it likely should be just: Reports

Re: What is current Cumullus version
Hi, For your Cumulus version 1, the 2014 version 1.9.4 b1099 released in 2014 is the latest https://www.cumuluswiki.org/a/Software#Legacy_releases and you would also need the 1099.2 patch to overcome the maximum year 2020 in the reports with version 1. Cumulus v1 is no longer maintained but still wo...
