Error saving Internet settings rpi

Using dist3036, I get an error saving the internet settings.
The error is 'Error [object Object]'
The updated data does get saved in the Cumulus.ini.
I am using raspberrypi.
I tested in Windows and all fine. And also with dist3031 and that was fine.
Thanks

Pressure gauge

When viewing the 'Dashboard' and 'gauges' page on the local CumulusMX site the Pressure gauge, on the gauges page, looks rather strange. The scale goes from
-10 to about 1000 hpa. So the pointer is always all the way around. Any ideas please.

CumulusMX on RaspberryPi with 1-wire sensors

I have setup CumulusMX on the rpi. I have discovered that the rpi will also read the 1-wire temperature sensors (and I think other 1-wire sensors). I have plugged the 1-wire USB adaptor into a USB port and the readings soon are available in the rpi. (in the /sys/bus/w1/devices/ directory) See http:/...

Re: CumulusMX, RPI and Vantagepro2 on tcpip

Ah great. The
DavisIPResponseTime=1000
Seems to have done the trick. Well maybe I spoke too soon.
When I changed it to 2000 it stopped working at all.
Seems to work most of the time set at 1000.
I can't see in Cumulus.ini where I turn the debug on

CumulusMX, RPI and Vantagepro2 on tcpip

I have CumulusMX running on the Raspberrypi using the USB connection to the Vantagepro2. Works very well. But I tried to connect via the tcpip connection and this is where things dont work well. The connection is made and then data is only updated from the station every few minutes. Attached is the ...

Re: Beta testing - PLEASE READ

Hi, I have just installed CumulusMX into a raspberrypi 2. Works great. Using Vantage Pro with USB connection. I tried it with the WiFi connection but the program couldn't find the station.

Re: 1wire programing

OK, we have the program working. I am using it for soil temp and for estimating the cloud cover at night. It can also be used for establishing the daytime cloud cover. To access the program and instructions see:

Re: 1wire programing

The program is at beta testing. I am using the program to read a soil temp sensor, and a sensor to read the sky temperature and compare that with the air temperature. The results then give a very good display of the amount of cloud at night. I will release the program in about a month. At first I wa...

Re: 1wire programing

I have now written a program using java that reads the 1-wire temperature sensor and stores it in the xml file. The xml file can be sent to your website and used as extra data for your website. I will be testing this as a soil temp reading. This program will be useful as extra sensors can easily be ...
