Yes you can. I have two VP2 consoles plus the new WLC 6313 (color console). I use wifi loggers in the two VP2 consoles to upload data and connect to CumulusMX.
The Weatherlink Console is currently on a Black Friday special through this weekend.

Re: Problem with version 3.22.0 for RPI
Did you happen to update your rPi?
I am running v3.22.3 and when I updated my rPi two days ago it broke my CumulusMX.
I restored from my backup, updated and it broke again. I reinstalled everything from scratch including updating to current and all is good again.

Re: Cumulus Problem
Yes Cumulus1 and yes to the patch.
Thanks for the info - I thought someone else would have posted already if Cumulus1 quit working this year.
No clue what has happened.

Cumulus Problem
No other posts about this so I am assuming it is just me. I use Cumulus once every Friday to download the data from my WifiLogger then back the data up. I have done this since 2017 and it has always worked flawlessly. I noticed a rain discrepancy this past Friday so went to work to fix it. Surprise!...

Re: Rasperry Pi Bullseye
As far as Bullseye goes - everything seems fine two days in. I don't like the new "Mutter" window manager at all, but just found out you can revert it to "Openbox" so now the windows look and act as they did before. My problem with it is that Matchbox Keyboard (a virtual keyboard...

Re: Run as Service Question
The "/" did not make a difference and all uploads were already disabled. I decided to start CmX the way I always have in the past and discovered that realtime.txt and wxnow.txt were created inside the CmX folder - no CumulusMX in front of the file names. Obviously they have always been cre...

Re: Run as Service Question
Already is - Here is my service file, I took it from the pre-made image on the download page and did some editing. The "ExecStartPre" line was added because without it, the sockets would connect on a manually start, but not after a reboot. The restart entries is what took me down this rout...

Run as Service Question
I just set my RPi to run CmX as a service. All appears to work fine so far. I am curious about one thing though, after about 20 seconds or so I have two files created that are not created when I start CmX manually as I have always done previously. My CmX folder is located at "/home/pi/CumulusMX...

Re: VP2 temp/humidity sensor issue
Yes. Mine did just and I replaced it about a month ago.
It failed by giving very low humidity readings. After reviewing my data logs, it looks like the humidity readings had been slowly drifting lower for many months.
It had been online for 4.5 years.

Re: Longest Dry Period
Thanks.
I was double dippy on this...first, I had set the last tip as Mark said and didn't even notice that wet and dry days are the next two lines
I also usually disconnect the rain lead from the ISS before maintenance but forgot this time until I bumped the bucket lol

Longest Dry Period
Where does CMX get the start date for this calulation? If it gets it from the console via the API, is there any way to change the date it is fetching? I am about to break my dry period record, but CMX is currently using a date when I had an accidental bucket tip. If not, I guess my only recourse is ...

Re: Davis VP2 Relay Device
If I were to fire up my Moteino again and connect it as tx3 like before and set the anemometer transmitter as tx4, would this solve my phantom gust problem and still get the solar and UV data from the anemometer transmitter? Yes. It's been almost three weeks now and not phantom gusts - looks like t...

Solar Chart
I moved my solar/UV sensor to my anemometer mast and it looks like my plot is shifted slightly to the right of where it should be. I doubled checked that the sensor is level. I never noticed this before, though my plot was a good bit higher than the theoretical max in the past so maybe not as notice...
