Re: CumulusMX trends webpage

I think the originals can use either a log created from realtime.txt uploads, or an SQL database. I suspect you would find it much easier to use the originals, as they were produced specifically to work with Cumulus 1. If you search for “Highcharts” you should find the threads about them.

Re: Error in downloading wind gust from Instromet datalogger

I think you will get better results using logger data if you use the average calculated by the station.

Re: Cumulus isnt tweeting

I’m afraid that since Twitter changed their authentication protocol yet again, Cumulus can no longer obtain the keys which allow it to post. Only those who obtained their keys prior to the last change can post using Cumulus.

Re: Error in downloading wind gust from Instromet datalogger

It's presumably because of the lack of data points for calculating the average (if Cumulus is calculating it). Do you have Cumulus set to calculate the average speed, and if so, do you have it set to use the 'speed'' for the average calculation? What is your station's logging interval (looks to be 1...

Yes, see the very many other posts about this, including one I replied to in the last day or two.

Re: Connected To Station - No Data?

Perhaps a corrupt entry in the logger, if ignoring archive data (by editing today.ini) makes the problem go away.

Or perhaps your temp sensor is failing, temps in the sixties is what I’ve experienced on the numerous occasions where my temp sensor died. Or maybe that was minus sixties...

Re: Connected To Station - No Data?

The simplest way to migrate MX is to copy the entire folder. Make sure your system settings (date and time formats etc) are exactly the same on the new system.

Re: Connected To Station - No Data?

Looks like it hasn’t finished downloading the archive data, it has two passes and only one is showing. If you look at the diags file you’ll see what it’s doing.

Re: "Fine Offset not found" on Raspberry pi Zero W

It’s an incompatibility between the usb library mx uses and later versions of Mono. There is a test version of the library available which should fix this, but it’s far from clear whether it would then actually work, and in any case I would have to release a new version of mx to go with it. See othe...

Re: nothung TTYUSB present when connect consolle to Rapsberry

You don’t specify a serial port for a USB station, it should just find it. If it’s not then you have some kind of problem with your system software - there may be a solution on the forum somewhere.

Re: Re-downloading last 5 days data?

It doesn’t use the console time, so that wasn’t the problem. It sounds like it has done a reset, so the memory pointer is no longer at the same place, so I think you’re probably not going to be able to get the missing data. You can edit the data files to remove the invalid data - lots of info in the ...

Re: Bad value causing wrong record temp

You will need to edit the files manually, MX has no facility for recreating all tIme records. There is an article in the FAQ about correcting data, and more information in the wiki, all of which applies to MX apart from the lack of the built in editors. Which files you need to edit depends on which ...
