Re: CumulusMX v4 updating
So last night I tried upgrading to build 4022 with no luck with it running.
I had to revert back to build 3283 that is still working good.
Cumulus MX is on a Libre Computer with a Raspberry Pi OS
Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Re: WXNOW.text change
How do you add the forecast to the comment? Settings> Internet Settings> Interval Configuration> Normal Interval Settings> Standard File Settings. There you will see an option to add a comment to the wxnow.text. To add the forecast, I add the web tag " <#cumulusforcast> . It will then add the ...

Snow Observation Recording
I would like to recommend a feature the would support inputting and viewing snow observations. As a CWOP Snow Observer I input my snow observations manually. I would like to see a similiar option to input data into Cumulux MX that can be recorded and viewed or displayed ( https://madis-data.ncep.no...

Ambient WS-2902 Forcast
While running Cumulus MX I select the Cumulus ( Zambretti ) forecast as the forecast source.
I notice that my Ambient WS-2902D has a forecast on the display.
Will this forcast feed to Cumulus MX. If it does, it does seem to work!
Thanks

Re: Request Change to have wxnow.txt publish with UTC/GMT time
Here is an example of the latest wxnow.txt that got ingested and put out to APRS. This computer running Cumulus is set to UTC time: Nov 06 2023 19:05 288/006g015t046r000p000P000h79b10070L060Ambient WS-2902 / Cumulus MX 3.27.0 This is the data packet that gets reported to APRS: KF0KFL-13>APWW11,WIDE...

Re: Request Change to have wxnow.txt publish with UTC/GMT time
It works fine if the.machine.running Cumulus is set to UTC time If I set it to local time, CDT, the APRS software timestamps the date and time in the wxnow.txt as Zulu time regardless. In my case a.six hour difference.

Request Change to have wxnow.txt publish with UTC/GMT time
Currently my computer running Cumulus MX is running on UTC time. My APRS program, APRSIS32, takes the date from the wxnow.txt and puts it out as UTC time without considering the timezone it was published in. WXNOW.text change
Currently I have to manually change the wxnow.txt file in order to put a comment on my weather station that shows up like this in aprs.fi : https://i.ibb.co/f0Qnqt7/Screenshot-2023-06-17-5-17-56-PM.png I take this Cumulus MX generated wxnow.txt : https://i.ibb.co/wsfSFbb/Screenshot-2023-06-17-5-13-...
