Re: Updating old version of steel gauges

I've noticed that the cumulus wiki is out of date and says version 2.6.1 is the latest the latest is 2.6.4. Could cause problems for users updating if something has changed and isn't mentioned.

Re: Updating old version of steel gauges

Fixed it.
Simply restarted from scratch and did the same as did previously and it worked. So somewhere a invalid character got inserted either into the script file or the htm file.

Re: Updating old version of steel gauges

Gauges-ssT is the file just accidentally used . rather than a - when posting.

gauges.js is a script file so yes that is on the web servera s I copied that across when I copied the script folder.

Updating old version of steel gauges

I'm trying to update an old version of Steel gauges to the latest version. In theory I need to edit gauges.ssT and gauges.js I used notepad++ and compared the files and then made the changes I then copy gauges.sst and realtimegaugesT to the cumulus folder after backing it up. Copy the new script and...

Re: Steel Gauges on a mobile

I guess since I'm so far behind I'll have to replace all the files and then edit gauges file to match what I've already got.

Re: Cumulusmx

Strangely cumulusmx seemed to be doing some logging before I turned it on. I turned logging on after 19:30. Anyway here's the logging.

Cumulusmx

Just installed this and noticed that the leaf wetness isn't working correctly. It's showing 15 when it should be zero. It never worked properly under cumulus one either but since development had stopped on this I didn't bother reporting it. Davis vantage vp2 the other extra sensors are fine. Basical...

Re: Steel Gauges on a mobile

Thanks Mark for a web developer that may mean something but to me a mere mortal it doesn't give me a sense on how to move the graphs. It's like having a map in a desert i.e no reference point so you don't know where you are. On amobile device the graph needs to popup on the right hand side for the l...

Re: Steel Gauges on a mobile

Got the graphs updating the wiki doesn't mention additional settings are needed in the cumulus ftp setup. Could do with that adding in and a section on upgrading would be useful as well.
Anyway back to the original issue moving the graphics .

Re: Steel Gauges on a mobile

Yup missed a point

The only way I can keep the website layout the same across the board. Looks a bit odd when one page has a completely different look.
