Hi Hans

Haha! all good. It is a pretty trashy/fragile script, hence why I "resemble" and not "resent" that remarkbeteljuice wrote: ↑Mon 27 Jan 2020 10:13 pm @hills ...
Sorry ! As you mentioned Linux I assumed that you had edited the 'base' code
Had I realised, the beteljuice wouldn't have put his beak in.

... better than your code being trashed modified Hans ;) :groan: ... and no doubt Henry Ford thought the same when someone put bumpers on one of his cars  OI!! I resemble that remark! Oh and for the record... I haven't touched Han's code, I just modify the page it creates after the event.

Re: Cumulusutils
Hi Hans Absolutely no problems at all and thanks for spending the time explaining that. :) I guess my reasoning was I'd like to draw the viewers attention to today's prediction rather than yesterdays result as that is what they should be acting upon, in much the same way my main site highlights a pr...

Re: Cumulusutils
Hi Hans, would it be a difficult change to make the pointer point to todays prediction if forecasting is activated? I have implemented this on my FWI with a fairly messy awk and sed script to replace the current value with the predicted value and recalculate the position percentage, but obviously th...

Re: Cumulusutils
Good question Keith. My reason is because my firedanger warning area - Mt Lofty Ranges, covers a lot of different types of terrain and to a degree different climates. I live in a particularly damp area as the hills behind us cause more precipitation here than most other locations in the Mt Lofty Ran...
