Re: wh1080 clas olhson

Not only are there two frequency variants, afaik over time FO have also implemented different versions of the radio protocol too. Unless you buy a matched pair of transmitter/receiver, or spare specific to your console its going to be pot luck if they will work together or not. Sorry.

Re: PHP Deprecated error

Odd Paul, as sfws said, that line will not affect the rest of the script, and you should really use the version from 2.7 for security.

Anyway, glad you got v2.7 going in the end, it should fix your original "Deprecated" error.

Re: PHP Deprecated error

Actually, I just read the readme properly myself, there are two database changes you would have to make going from 2.3 -> 3.1 Though neither affect the realtime table :( There is just one going from 2.3 -> 2.7 ALTER TABLE `dayfile` CHANGE `HighSolarRad` `HighSolarRad` DECIMAL(5,1) NULL DEFAULT NULL ...

Re: PHP Deprecated error

Version 2.7 made the change to mysqli, so maybe give that file whirl as it is closest to the version you have now?

Re: PHP Deprecated error

Oh dear, can you get the error log from the server and see what the actual error was - HTTP error 500 is a generic "something went wrong" that doesn't tell you anything.

Re: PHP Deprecated error

Paul, you just need a newer version of the file, I changed it to mysqli some time ago.

Re: The handshake failed due to un unexpected packet format

OK, unless you are getting the exception I don't think it was picking up the new file.

I had a quick look this morning, I don't think MX can be made to use an updated DLL without MX being recompiled - because the public key of the assembly will change (or be removed ;) )when I compile it. :(

Re: The handshake failed due to un unexpected packet format

The sample code for FluentFTP (which seems to be a fork/update of System.Net.FTClient) shows that if the .Net platform supports it (version 4.5) the client can enable TLS 1.1 & 1.2... // Override the default protocols. The example line sets the protocols // to support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2. These ...

Re: cumulus not responding

A quick scan shows lots of "Invalid first block of memory" errors. Sounds like it might be time to perform a power reset of the console and see if that clears it? (power adaptor out, batteries out, USB disconnected for 30 seconds)

Re: Server Generated Graphs for MX

Ah yes! I had to comment out line 12 in jpgraph_windrose.php in version 4.2.0 of jpgraphs! The package doesn't include a file that they have made mandatory.

Code: Select all

#require_once('jpgraph_glayout_vh.inc.php');

It does tell you to do this in the ReadMe ;)

Re: Server Generated Graphs for MX

OK, so we need to see the web server error log to see what the problem is.
You could try adding the following line to the top of the graphTemp.php script...

Code: Select all

error_reporting(E_ALL);

Then see what you get in the browser.
