File permissions? Did you copy the files with the same user as you are running MX?

OK, it's a problem in Cumulus. It is always calculating the average wind speed (ignoring the advanced settings), but there just isn't enough data available when using the cloud as a source. I'll change it to use the average speed value from the cloud.

Please switch on debug and data logging in Cumulus. Restart MX, then post the latest MXdiags log file after say 10 minutes.

I'm not sure what is wrong with the units?

In the screen shot above MX is showing 33.1C for the outdoor temp, you are sending 93.1F, so that is correct?

Oops! I zoomed in and see MX is shows 33.1F!

I don't understand this as it is working for real Ecowitt stations.

You could fix that yourself, edit the v3 copy of the dayfile in the datav3 folder, and do a global replace of "." to ":", then run the MigrateData3to4 again. That won't work if it starts replacing decimal separators... The source should have comma decimals and semi-colon separat...

OK, I see one problem. MigrateData3to4 is not converting the times in the dayfile (or presumably the monthly files either) from using a "." separator to ":" You could fix that yourself, edit the v3 copy of the dayfile in the datav3 folder, and do a global replace of "."...

Note there is no support for Cumulus MX on MacOS Catalina or later as Apple have enforced signing and notarization for this version of the OS.

Definitely more clarity needed on the problem as Hans says. ...but still CMX4 doesn't understand NOAA reports made by CMX3. MX doesn't "read" old reports at all, it only generates them as output files. The only time it reads them is as pure text to send unaltered to the web page for display.

As you have a total rainfall counter MX will use that and ignore all the others. MX only uses an incrementing counter, so it will register rainfall from the point it it first started. The FTP reconnect code is leaving something to be desired, it was the same in v3. I'll have to investigate the "unknown host" (Nieznany host) error, which would seem to be a DNS issue where it is caching the "address not found" from when the network went down. Maybe there is some...
