Re: V4 b4022 - HTTPS Error
Definitely upgrade to v4.0.1, you could also try setting the Concurrent Uploads to 1 in the connection Advanced settings. It may be a max number of connected sessions per client thing on your server - straw grasping. Mark's comment about concurrent uploads made me look at mine and I do have it set ...

Re: V4 b4023 - HTTPS Error
That log file only shows retries, no actual errors, so I assume the retry works. Are the files ever uploaded? How frequently are you uploading these files? Is debug and data set on for logging if not please set to on and give us another log file? I cannot see any start of the realtime cycles only p...

Re: V4 b4023 - HTTPS Error
Not sure what to say here. If this is PHP upload then it should work - mine does. Is this the only upload failing or are others failing as well. If this is FTPS or SFTP then there are things in their knowledge base which explain what settings to use and which login to use. Stuart Hello Stuart, Than...

WeatherCloud ERROR HttpClient.Timeout of 15 seconds elapsing. Inner Exception.
Hello All, Since I installed Cumulus MX V4 release yesterday, I get these WeatherCloud errors now and again, is anyone else getting them? 2024-05-13 07:20:30.122 WeatherCloud: ERROR 2024-05-13 07:20:30.123 WeatherCloud: ERROR - Exception Type: System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException Message: Th...

Re: V4 b4022 - HTTPS Error
This is a different error. The remote server is not able to decrypt the message MX has sent, a bit of googling shows this is normally because the remote server needs an update to support the latest secure certificate exchange mechanisms. Thank you, Mark, for your reply. I did tick the Ignore PHP ce...

Re: Red light for web upload
Hello Perl, When you are looking at the Dashboard, click on Utils, then click on Latest Errors, that should show why the web upload is failing? Or another way is to have a look in the MXdiags folder, and have a look at the logs. I hope this information helps to sort out what is causing your errors. ...

Re: PHP uploads failing
No added information there, I'm afraid. My next step would be to look at the web server (and PHP if available) logs on your server. Hello Mark, Thank you for the information once again. I have had a look at the server, it is running PHP version: 8.1.27. Is the PHP logs, is it SSL logs by any chance...

That is a shame that no information showed up. What does this mean in the MXdiags log just after the error ...

PHP uploads failing
Hi All, I have also noticed this too, I find it is very intermittent, it looks as though it needs a load of errors, before it sends the email. I have attached my Cumulus MXdiags logs. I have also attached Cumulus MX Alarm Settings for your information to make sure I have got it setup right. MXdiags....

Re: Serial port problem
Hello Calrritos,
This is a long shot, but have a look in device manager in control panel and look at the comports and USB setting to make sure that power management save is turned off.
I hope this helps
Kind regards
Mike
