I've started getting this issue with a VP2+. The only change I've made is to go from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3 in the New Year. Nothing else has been changed.

On android tablet, the 4x2 does not fit on landscape orientation, its fine on portrait. Could we have a tablet optimised version please?

I have tried a number of scripts to echo the output, they are also blank.
this is a copy of the file that is output. Seems to be working ok. In real life its called cumuluswebtags.php

I am getting the same blank page using ie and firefox to download the txt file.
cumulus is processing the file and it ends up as 20.14kb
