Lost data on home page
Morning all. I have done something daft and I cannot fathom what. Can anyone help please? Apologies that I am still using the old Cumulus, as despite all sorts of help, I have never yet successfully been able to transfer to MX and run it. It is what it is. Anyway, suddenly, and without consciously h...

Re: Bresser stations
sorry, I should have said why I ask. I have been running my weather station and website for over 10 years now on a Fine Offset station. I have replaced parts and even the whole shebang a couple of times but otherwise haven't honestly had much in the way of issues. However, it is getting harder to ge...

Bresser stations
Can anyone please tell me if the Bresser stations are compatible with Cumulus; iether MX or even the older version (as I have never successfully installed MX)
Many thanks

Re: Old Cumulus vs new
Well, I have done everything I know and everything which has been suggested, all to no avail. Comments have dried up, so I have decided reluctantly to just continue with the old style Cumulus until such times it just stops and then it will be time to hang up my anemometer. Thank you to all who have ...

Re: Old Cumulus vs new

Re: Old Cumulus vs new
okay so on advice, I have recreated a /weather folder on the remote server. In that I have put the contents of the webfiles folder on the local.
I have set the directory in the MX webapp to weather (and have also tried /weather) Still no joy
Clearly I am missing something fundamental.

Re: Old Cumulus vs new
just to clarify, so, I take the contents of the local \web folder (not the folder itself) and drop them into the C:\CumulusMX root folder?

Re: Old Cumulus vs new
okay. So I have renamed everything on my webserver as xxxxold except for the webfiles folder which I uploaded from the local install. I have taken the CumulusMX folder and made it separate from the old Cumulus. I have restarted the mx app and it is working okay still locally (phew). As expected, aft...
