Re: Site going down.

I’ve sent them a message pleading for them not to close the service and to work with Steve in resolving the problem. Fingers crossed. Well done Ray so have I. Can you please tell me why you are threatening to close down sandaysoft.com's server without properly investigating the spoofing of the site...

Re: Site going down.

I would suggest that everyone sends a message to them via this form https://www.hetzner.com/support-form

You do not have to be a user to do so and it might make them think again.

Re: FTP upload error

And I am sorry but why oh why are you asking Cumulus to load the configuration files on the files segment.

You do NOT do it there you load them once and ONCE only via FileZilla.

Please follow the basic website instructions in the wiki http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Website_setup

Re: FTP upload error

This is Filezilla server not Filezilla Client, you have downloaded and installed the wrong product. Uninstall this and install this https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client

Re: FTP upload error

That is because your directory is still wrong. As I said before it is not the ftp server name it is the home directory of the site which is going to be something like public_html/ or htdocs/. If you used Filezilla to upload the additional code take a look at the directory structure you uploaded to a...

Re: FTP upload error

The directory cannot be "wansteadweather.co.uk". It is going to be something like "public_html/" or "htdocs/". Consult your hosting providers documentation, this will tell the name to use for the "root" directory.
