Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

Turning Hardware acceleration off was a bad idea. Look for an update to your video drivers, try both generic ones from the board manufacturer and any "customised" ones from the computer manufacturer (HP or Lenovo etc.). I've got a high end gaming graphic card, everything is fully up to da...

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

Ok, back to the drawing board. Turning Hardware acceleration off was a bad idea. Things I used to be able to view, no longer work if I have it turned off. Something isn't right on Chrome. When the tab is not in focus, the memory hovers at 150MB. As soon as the dashboard tab is in focus, it goes from...

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

I've turned off 'Hardware Acceleration' in Chrome, and it has solved the issue I think?! I'm not sure how it started to be honest, there have been no updates, and i've touched nothing in Chrome. With what's happened here in the last few days, you wouldn't believe me if I told you. So much luck... al...

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

I had a major PC crash today (see the CumulusMX forum) Anyway, I had to reinstall windows, so Chrome was a complete fresh install. No extensions, completely vanilla - still seeing the huge memory increase when I go to the dashboard. :(

Re: Major PC crash

The reason the station sent all that old data is that you apparently have the station logger and the Cumulus log interval set to different values. The station is apparently set to 10 minutes, and it looks like Cumulus might be set to 1 minute? I can't tell you why you have a gap in your data from t...

Major PC crash

To cut a long story short, we have workman in doing the bathroom, and there was a major electrical fault. All power went off, when it came back on, my PC bluescreened and rebooted. After it had rebooted, the mouse cursor wasn't working, so I couldn't navigate anywhere! I tried every setting via keyb...

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

Hi Brian I've gone back to the older version, and i'm having the same issue. I'm not sure what is going on. I even rebooted my PC, then deleted all my data on Chrome, uninstalled it, then reinstalled it, but as soon as I go to anyone's dashboard, a Chrome process is is going up to, and beyond 1GB at...

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

A few problems with the solar/cloudbase I always used the solar2.php, as it was more accurate for me, and I liked the UV forecast for the day. I presume that cannot be used with the cloudbase graphic? However, if i switch to solar2.php, I still get the cloudbase graphic, but no UV info. If I switch ...

Re: Cumulus ‘Current Conditions’ Alternative v3.0

Hi I've been using this script for some time now, and it has been excellent. There is something (possibly small?) I wanted to request. We've just been in the midst of a heavy shower, and I was looking at the current conditions, and wondering if 'Raining Moderately' and 'Raining Heavily' could be imp...

Recording solar at night

I have just noticed, my VP2 is sending 5 wm/2, and maintaining that value. Has anybody seen this problem before?

I hope it's not wrecked solar sensor, if it is, that's the final straw.

Re: New Record? Post here.

A new station record for me. 31°C on the nose. That is the warmest it has been in 11 years.

Re: Yet Another Dayfile Reader (PHP)

The bug appears in the seasonal part if your dayfile has missing data from it. You have the 26th and 27th of April missing. So, you could fill in the blanks in the dayfile, if you know data for those days, or wait and be hopeful that the beteljuice returns.

Re: New Record? Post here.

Not an all time record as such, but I have just recorded a 43mph gust, 22mph windspeed. I have looked at my Wunderground data going back to 2011, and that's the highest for June. The highest I can remember since having a station, to be fair.

Re: Cumulus Realtime.txt Dashboard Template

Hi Brian
Small bug.. It says it is currently the Lyrids peak for the meteor showers, but we're in the Eta Aquariids.
