Re: No historic records read from Davis station after power cut
Thanks Steve. I'll read the FAQ on that. I knew I had to shut down MX to edit files.steve wrote: There is a lot more information about correcting data in the FAQ and the wiki (any references to built-in editors do not apply to MX, all editing has to be done externally, with MX stopped).

Re: No historic records read from Davis station after power cut
I had to do the same thing a while back. I set both intervals to 5 minutes. The console had been set to the default 30 minute interval. Re: Noob Cumulus MX & Raspberry Pi Questions
Great! I made a similar switch last year except I was running Cumulus on an old laptop with Windows XP and moved to CMX on a RP3.

Re: Wind Run
My record wind run was 83.2 miles on a day in February 2016. Wind run is a pretty neat statistic that answers the question of how windy it was today.

Re: Raspberry Pi Install
Did you restart CumulusMX. I found some changes require a restart. I assume you uploaded the correct files.

Re: RaspberryPi: CumulusMX init.d System Startup Script
Manually running screen and CumulusMX does nothing on reboot. You need to run a script to run CumulusMX on reboot. Go back and read the first post in this topic and follow the instructions.

Re: RaspberryPi: CumulusMX init.d System Startup Script
If I followed all that correctly you opened a screen and then switched back to terminal and ran CumulusMX. You need to start CumulusMX when you in screen and then you can switch back to terminal mode. Then you can detach the screen session and go back to terminal. By doing that CumulusMX will run un...

Re: RaspberryPi: CumulusMX init.d System Startup Script
You have screen installed but I am not seeing where you are actually opening a screen to run CumulusMX. You can open a screen by just typing "screen". Then type"sudo mono CumulusMX.exe" in the CumulusMX directory to start CumulusMX. To detach the screen and get back to terminal h...
