Re: WiFiLogger for Davis stations

Have been testing the WiFiLogger with both CumulusMX and Cumulus1. WiFiLogger configured as closely as possible to a stadard USB logger - i.e. No uploading or any other tasks being carried out by WiFiLogger other than those a standard Davis USB logger would perform. In both cases there have been dis...

Re: WiFiLogger for Davis stations

Well the issues I'm seeing are ongoing. 2 instances of MX will not play nicely even with -wsport setting. So in an atempt to test the WiFiLogger I set up MX in another PC and copied in the data, .ini etc etc files and ran it. It is still not stable and stops at interminate periods sometimes over a d...

Re: WiFiLogger for Davis stations

Thanks Steve ( and Laurent ) 8-) The explanation helps a lot. CumulusMX's are running on win10 - one on USB and one on IP. Second instance Administrator Cumulus.exe shortcut:- Target: C:\CumulusMXIP\CumulusMX.exe -port 8997 Start in: C:\CumulusMXIP Second instance CumulusMX.exe shortcut:- URL: http:...

Re: WiFiLogger for Davis stations

OK, If you are running different programs then there should not be a conflict.
I could run 2 MXs but in different PCs but my understanding is that I should be able to run 2 MXs at the same time but in different folders however that does not seem to be the case (Yet?).

Re: WiFiLogger for Davis stations

Presumably by "Latest (new) firmware" you mean v 1.14 which is not yet available to users not on the "testing" program? 1.13 is the latest firmware available for download and does not have the Auto Pause option.

Re: Saratoga Templates with PHP 7

There seem to be a couple of instances in
mesonet-map-genhtml-inc.php
Line 208: while (list($key, $val) = each($Stations)) {
Line 241: while (list($key, $val) = each($Stations)) {

Not sure how to change these (if required?)

Re: Ajax Dashboard - days since rain

The starting point is this entry; $LastRainTipISO = '<#LastRainTipISO>'; in the CUtagsT.txt template file in the C:\cumulus\web folder If you look at this value in either; CUtagsT.txttmp in C:\cumulus\web folder or the CUtags.php file on the webserver you should see the value Cumulus is delivering. ...

Re: Ajax Dashboard - days since rain

As far as I can see from a quick look;
This is based on the LastRrainTipISO value from Cumulus and calculated by the Saratoga template file CU-defs.php which creates the $dayswithnorain variable used in ajax-dashboard.php
Search for $dayswithnorain in CU-defs.php

Re: Solar Gauge "Wedge" Issue

Seem to have the same/similar issue with the pressure gauge. The "fix" has not change the solar gauge behavior (yet). Have also had occasional errors showing in the server logs with reference to a 404 document not found for the file .../lib/steelseries/scripts/language.min.js.map As this f...

Re: Yet Another Dayfile Reader (PHP)

Hmm
Couldn't see any difference when I tested it.

What figures are different?
When this was discussed before, Ken True had a different suggestion for resolving this but don't recall what that was.

Re: Yet Another Dayfile Reader (PHP)

Hi I wrote about this earlier but not sure where and not sure I posted what I actually did. line 804 In betel_readDayfile.php original Version: 3.1 - 04 Mar 2014 replace this; if($dataSet != 'winddir') $alltime[$m][] = $thisValue; with this if($dataSet != 'winddir') $alltime[$m] = $thisValue; and in...
