Re: Error Log

Corel Word Perfect X8 I'm unsure what "word perfect" has to do with "Cumulus". dayfile.txt: '23,8' is not a valid floating point value . and not , is selected in the Regional Settings However, the error is clear enough, in your dayfile at line 644 you have some digits with a com...

Re: wh1080 clas olhson

am I right in thinking that to get the 'green light' console working I need a 'Watson 8681-HHT Pass 14' transmitter? Short answer - I have no idea how you work out which is right transmitter when you get it from a third party, which is partly why I did not buy just a transmitter. Chas Ohlson themse...

Re: wh1080 clas olhson

I've located these two ... Watson 8681-HTT MKII Pass 16B ... Watson 8681-HTT MKII Pass 14 "Mk II" seems the more likely, Since both the Watson transmitters in your links include "Mark II" in the description, I will try to add a suggestion to Ally Cat's reply, see if this topic h...

Re: New Script that displays a selected daily statistic for every day

It was only fitted in just before midnight, but I did manage to update my script yesterday and added it to earliest post. Alterative schema sections clearer, Caption now converted to heading and a value set into it, 'selected' now present in form select. I have realised that I don't display the meas...

Re: New Script that displays a selected daily statistic for every day

Very Interesting script Thanks Tony for that comment and for picking up a bug. If I remember this evening, I will update the script yet again, but it is a lovely warm sunny day here today, and I am intending to be mostly outdoors for daylight hours because I was always wanting to see what criterion...

Re: New Script that displays a selected daily statistic for every day

Thank you to both of you for trying my script and giving feedback. The schema I use for my database has worked well for me for many years, and made life simple for me. I guess David A Jamieson when he selected column names in creating ImportCumulusFile (the earliest I saw was version 1.3 when it had...

Re: Updating from Cumulus 1 to CumulusMX

Cumulux MX does not have log file editor. The Wiki FAQ does give lots of guidance re rogue values, otherwise see exchanges in other topics on this forum.

New Script that displays a selected daily statistic for every day

This topic has been started to give the script in the topic http://sandaysoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=16880 a better title for future people to find it on forum. I have now created a newer zip than the one in the other thread. daily(pick_statistic).zip This attachment now obsolete, but re...

Re: SQL code to Display Daily Values of a single criterion

Please see I have added a note to my previous post re a couple of mistakes in my zipped script. The revised zip is in a new topic http://sandaysoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=16891 As well as checking there are rows present in the table, I have made my new web page check the table exists: $q...

Re: PHP Deprecated error

The v2.7 download had line 199 : die('Error: Failed security key check :' . $param_key); I changed line 199 in v2.7 to : die('Error: Failed security key check:' . $param_key . ' ' . $key); While I don't use Mark's script, and so I am not absolutely sure what the two variables are you that you menti...

SQL code to Display Daily Values of a single criterion

Paul - Thanks for your PM on your failure so far to implement what you want, I know you are now going to seek help from another, but as I said in my reply I have found that development of this web page has provided a table that is very useful to me. For everybody - daily(one_statistic).zip EDIT - M...

Re: Cumulus 1 Freezes - revisited!

If I remember correctly, in your previous postings (including a few months ago) on this problem, you stated you had tried the power management suggestions. I have no idea whether my suggestions below might help, but it sounds as if you are desperate to try anything. I don't know how Cumulus 1 works ...

Re: MySQL code help

I reckon you should use a query greatly simplified from the one you quote first. If instead of naming multiple weather columns (e.g. Max, Average, and Min temperatures) in a single query, you have one in each of three queries, then you can more easily pick out from the results array the value relev...
