Re: Rain Gauge Failing

Solar sensor on it's way out now.. That's 3 anemometers, 2 solar sensors and one rain gauge that has gone, and the station is only 20 months old. I will never buy a Davis product again! Re: Cumuluswebtags.php not found

Thanks for the advice. I moved the cumuluswebtags.php destination to the Trial folder and have tried various path definitions without success as can be seen from the error log. Attached is a very simple forecast file which does not run. The forum software will not upload the thismonth or thismonthT ...

Cumuluswebtags.php not found

I am trialling php webtags. Following the wiki instructions, cumuluswebtags.txt is being successfully processed and uploaded to my webhost as cumuluswebtags.php. However using the example script from the wiki, the test php file thismonthT.php is not showing any data. The error log has also shown the...

Re: Hardware Recommendations (Urgent)

Hi I would go for a Davis Vantage Vue which is available for £299 online. The VP2 is a big step up in price but gives you freedom to site the anenometer and takes additional sensors. I had the barometric sensor fail on my VP2 console just outside the warranty (non repairable) and it was cheaper to r...

Running NOAA Reports in MX

With Cumulus 1 it was possible to generate NOAA reports locally from the menu. Since upgrading to MX I cannot see how to actually generate them from the NOAA config page. :groan: I would also want to upload them to my website using the ftp option. Any help on how this is achieved would be appreciated.

Re: Weatherlink to Cumulus log converter

Hi, I downloaded ver 1.5 of the converter and have tried a few WLK files fom 2011 and 2012. The program processes them but when saved nothing appears in the Converted folder. :(

All the weatherlink files were created in ver 5 and above. Any ideas?

Re: Server Generated Graphs for MX

You need to edit the JPGraph config file to enable caching and point it at your cache folder. Then edit the graphSettings.php script and set the cache folder and jpgraph fodler locations in there. I am struggling to set up the popup graphs and could not see the graphsettings.php script anywhere whe...
