Did you look at the format of cumuluswebtags.txt as this is what is required to allow a server based PHP program access to the webtags as individual items. One of the pre-requisites for installing .NET V8 on Windows 10 is it has to be Version 1607 or later?

Did you run the CMD window with Admin rights?

Also why are you running CreatMissing, you should be running MigrateData3to4?

Did you build a new V4 directory and convert the data OK?

Did you copy everything from the release including the new /runtimes directory this is very important?

Is there a MXDiags file you can upload?

Steve Loft's CU2 was abandoned years ago so I doubt anybody uses that and CU3 beats me!!
