Re: Cumulus Server Sided JpGraph Graphs
We set up a cron job using the hosting provider's control panel, but it doesn't seem to be calling the script. I manually added a few entries by invoking the script from a browser, but we were getting errors (something about an array being expected). I looked at the baro.php script and realised that...

Re: weather connection
Ah, but those pennies add up
I've started turning mine off overnight, saves me 20p per day, that's over £70 a year.

Re: Logging times discrepancy.
I've been thinking of switching to midnight myself. It probably does make more sense to most people viewing the data. It's funny that you've brought this up now, I had just been thinking of dropping support for 0900 in Cumulus 2. It makes the programming so much more complicated. I was going to run ...

Cumulus 1.8.2 beta available (bug fixes)
There's a 'beta' build of Cumulus available where I've tried to fix a few urgent bugs: - Zero divide at start up (Fine Offset) - Extra day rollover at start up when closing and starting again between midnight and 1 am (Fine Offset) - Crash at startup (Oregon Scientific) - I've changed the ftp 'chang...

Re: Logging times discrepancy.
British Summer Time. If you use 0900 as per Met Office standards, it changes to 1000 in the summer.

Re: Minus number for Temperature
I've looked at my code and I can't see how this error could occur - assuming the limited information I have on the station protocol is correct.
Is anyone else seeing this problem? Anyone having negative temperatures displayed correctly?

Re: Rain Graph Not Working (Figures Correct)
You could send me the file now, if you want, for the images problem, because it should have already made an attempt to upload them. It's called ftplog.txt, in the installation directory.

Re: Rain Graph Not Working (Figures Correct)
It could be, but I thought Glen had already installed 1.8.1 and had image uploads working. It looks like it stopped working when he installed a pre-release 1.8.2 to try to fix his other ftp problem. Which is odd because I don't think I have done any more changes to the directory changing code.

Re: Rain Graph Not Working (Figures Correct)
Your images aren't uploading (check the latest times on the graphs) - in fact it appears they haven't been uploading for several days. Did you turn on the ftp log? If so, that might tell me what's happened.

Re: Upload Problems With Cumulus
Glen,
Probably best to turn on ftp logging and then send me the ftplog.txt file when it happens again.
