Re: Website "Now safe"
Thanks Ken, As I noted in an earlier post yesterday, I had contacted EC about the apparent blocking and waiting for their reply. It was the same form I used as your link. It is the weekend so I will be patient for their response. I hadn't mentioned specifically about "trying to access the XML f...

Re: Website "Now safe"
Thanks Hans, Not much success with GoDaddy support but I have contacted abuse@godaddy.com that my 198.12.220.99 hosting shows Grade A no malware found, and to do whatever is necessary to have it removed from the naughty list ;) I have an acknowledgement, within just a few minutes... Thank you for su...

Re: CMX v4 Station Type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2)
Hi Simon, I'm guessing the API from weatherlink gives device info of the wll I would like to think it does anyhow. I am glad CMX can pick up data from the WLL device but thought that was only from Davis' Weatherlink Live which I use, and Weatherlink Cloud (WLL/WLC) (I don't have the Weatherlink Cons...

CMX v4 Station Type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2)
Hi Mark, I am running one v4 as station type Davis Weatherlink Cloud (VP2) which gets data from Weatherlink.com and that has worked great. I just noticed in the Latest error message 2024-04-20 17:45:37 - WARNING: WLL Backup battery voltage is low = 0.07V This message also shows in the other CMX with...

Separate Boards for CMX V3 and V4
Hi freddie or Mark, Currently the main Board Index includes Cumulus MX > Cumulus MX Current (releases since b3043) Should this be changed when CMX v4 is out of beta to > Cumulus MX > CumulusMX v3 since b3043, and Cumulus MX v4 since b4020, so easier to identify and keep the posts separated between t...

Re: Website "Now safe"
Hi Ken, I've had a long discussion with GoDaddy support and in the end they say it is a script or EC issue and they can't do anything further. I did mention that it is not an issue with other users of the script. I have sent a request to EC. Since I have another similar template in construction I wa...

Re: Website "Now safe"
Hi Ken, so, the root cause seems to be your webserver can't connect to the EC site.. that's a job for the hoster's tech support to solve. BTW.. it's also good that you corrected the Settings.php and updated the ec-forecast.php to the current release. Also, the cache file for your default forecast (h...

Re: Website "Now safe"
@Griffo42, When I type in: https:// komokaweather.com/cumulusmx4/index.htm, it goes to the Bing search results page. Yes, good eye, that is not a clickable link with the space between https:// and Komokaweather.com/cumulusmx4/index.htm done on purpose as the forum Signature settings only allows 5 UR...

Yes, it had been working ok after I did some script updates and then it stopped. I haven't found the cause yet.

Re: 504 gateway error message
Can this be changed just by changing it and it won’t affect the rest of the site? Also were is this done? I think I know but just making sure. In addition to the Internet settings change for FTP upload from your current PHP upload as mentioned, you will also need to change extra file uploads in Set...

Re: Website "Not safe"
Thanks Ken, and while they have tried to sel me a certificate in the past, they didn't even mention in this current support call. I had looked at Let's Encrypt in the past but it seemed overwhelming... and still does! I see Let's Encrypt doesn't recommend to use it with GoDaddy :bash: but does link ...
