Re: Use 10am Rollover in Summer sets rollover to 10am in Winter and 9am in Summer
I can't see an issue at the moment, admittedly I tested on Windows and UK time zone, but with a 9am roll-over and use 10am in summer enabled, Cumulus is currently saying the roll-over hour is 10:00, which is correct. To take your "possibles"... - The station time is irrelevant, Cumulus doe...

Re: Need help adjusting crazy yearly rainfall totals
That's odd because I'm pretty sure Cumulus calculates the annual figure by adding up the daily values. I'll check the code later when I get home. Your screen shot above shows you editing the monthly log file as well, that is a bit of a task! You really don't need to edit the counter value unless you...

Re: Need help adjusting crazy yearly rainfall totals
So it looks like i fixed the monthly totals but how do i fix the yearly? https://www.adriansweatherstation.com/sdayfile.php?y=2024&m=1 The totals for each month seems correct now but Its still says 60 inches on my front page unless it takes time to reflect. So every day it shows some insane rai...

If the original code (from above) was using the LastRainTipISO web tag... if(substr($WX['LastRainTipISO'], 0, 4) <> '0000') { // got a valid date for the last rain # $WX['LastRainTipISO'] = '2012-06-05 03:58'; $cuDF = ($SITE['WDdateMDY']) ? Re: Need help adjusting crazy yearly rainfall totals
OK, so that narrows it down a bit. Open your day file in Data Logs > Dayfile Scroll through the data until you get to January this year. Then look for a day with an obviously erroneous rainfall total. Select that day by clicking on the row, and then click Edit. Set the Total rainfall value to the va...

Re: Data inconsistencies Weatherlink- Cumulus
Nope, mine agreed with WeatherLink.
You don't have a multiplier set do you?
Please switch on debug logging and after the next rain event post the log file.

In the current beta WU rapid fire does not work, if you have that enabled try disabling it.

Re: Degrees symbol encoding
I've had a look at the code, and if an Extra Web File just created at the path location (rather than being uploaded), then the global UTF-8 encoding value is being used rather than the value set in the Extra Web Files screen. (Internet Settings > Web/Upload Site > General Settings) I'll fix that for...

Re: Need help adjusting crazy yearly rainfall totals
No it will not correct the value in MX. You only mentioned the value in the device in your post. @paul you are correct, I thought it set the current value, but it does indeed set the value before you install the station. @flort, recent versions of MX now ignore large increases in the rain counter as...

Re: Need help adjusting crazy yearly rainfall totals
In the WeatherLink phone app you can edit the yearly rainfall todate.
Devices > Edit > Stations and sensors > Edit > Advanced settings
You can do similar on the weatherlink.com web site.

Re: What hardware is compatable to Cumulus
It's made by Ecowitt and rebadged as Ambient (who have some rights to resale in the USA), but it is also locked down and restricted in some respects (fewer sensor types available etc) compared with the Ecowitt equivalents.

Re: How long after .01" rain to wait until next .01" for storm
The question is, how long can it be between those first two tips for it to registered as an "event"?The rain total of the last rain event. It takes two tips of the rain spoon to begin a storm event and 24 hours without rain to end a storm event
