That page isn't actually relevant to Cumulus; it uses an "HTML help" file, not a "Windows help" file.

You better look up with google or something (everything wordk dine with my Win 7 ultimate) I've installed cumulus in C:\cumulus there are issues about the chm files so try to find a solution for this serah on chm files you can also read this topic of Microsoft concerninn Win 7 http://support.microso...

Hi David oké I've translated the strings.ini in Dutch the attachment is dutchstrings.ini usres wil have to rename it to strings.ini for proper working. Weatherforecasts are translated according the KNMI (Dutch Meteotical Insititute) but can be changed ofcourse by the user.

Er is niets mis met uw Engels! Well I'm here for the last week today I received my weatherstation it's a ws 4000 similar as the wh 1080 (i think) I'm living in the Netherlands. Just installed and I think cumulus works fine have to callibrate some thing also my Engllish :lol: By now the first measur...
