Is it normal that in fairly calm conditions, my wind direction indicator moves, but the anemometer doesn't indicate a speed. I assume this is because the minimum speed that will move my windcups is 1 mph, but a lesser breeze can affect the direction indicator.

Or is my anemometer in need of an adjustment?
