I have to disagree with you - you are NOT using Cumulus version 1.9.3 - just look at the bottom of your main page where it is written "Cumulus (1.9.0-b958)" - that is an old and outdated version of Cumulus and it might not even produce the required webtags needed by some of your pages!

For example, have you looked at your Weather Station Status page - three of the required files have NEVER been processed and uploaded to your host server!

I could not find the "realtime.txt" file produced by Cumulus and needed for your main page!

The "CUtags.txt" file has never been processed by Cumulus - you have just uploaded the "CUtags.php" that is included into the distribution package!

Yes, you can add as many gadgets as you want on your pages - but as long as you do not learn how to get Cumulus properly installed and the required tag files uploaded on your host server, you will never see the data of your weather station on your web pages...

As I wrote in a previous message, go read the documentation on Ken's site to find out which files need to be edited/modified before being uploaded onto a web site...

O.K.

You seem to have TWO weather 'areas'.

Your saratoga / carterlake pages: http://www.nyupstateweather.com

and

Cumulus (not fully installed): http://www.nyupstateweather.com/cumulus/

It is this area where your realtime.txt can be found, and is correctly addressed in your saratoga / carterlake ajax js file. That is how your saratoga / carterlake pages are being updated with 'realtime' data.

.... but, as stated earlier your CUtags is NOT being processed / uploaded !!!!!

Ensure you follow these instructions:

Quote:
File: CUtagsT.htm

Purpose: load Cumulus variables into a $WX[] array for use with the Canada/World/USA template sets

Instructions:
Save this page as CUtagsT.htm and place in your cumulus\webfiles directory

Use the Cumulus, Configuration, Internet, Files panel select an unused entry.

In the Local Filenames, press Browse and select the CUtagsT.htm file as the local filename.
In the Remote Filenames box, enter the directory and CUtags.php as the Remote Filename to use.
Leave the Binary? box unchecked,
Check the Process? box.
Leave the Realtime? box unchecked.
Check the FTP? box.

Press OK on the Internet Settings dialog to close it and save the settings.

You can check that this has worked by either checking 'historical' data on your pages, or
http://www.nyupstateweather.com/CUtags.php?sce=dump

Once you have that working, THEN you can start checking the content of your saratoga / carterlake pages, and if you want to edit / modify / create new .......

Go to the forum that saratoga / carterlake users ........ er .... use :)
