Fine offsetWH 1080 temperature prob Solved!!

Post by vagmor »

It is well known the inaccurate reading of temperature ,especially in mid day hours.During a eureka moment i realized that the temperature meter had to be totally covered (under shade) so the sun couldn't touch it directly and of course be isolated of any other object that could mess up it's readings. The result was magnificent ,the error reading dropped to 0,2 - 0,5 C max, also the barometric pressure .
What i did is to take a pot and put slices of an insulation board (see the material here : http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/8/4/5/4/ ... 8238_o.jpg ) next to each other creating a new layer inside of the pot, next i make a frame to hold them together. And then attached it over the temperature meter (like a hat) and covered it completely, leaving the bottom open

(this is mine : http://fytoriomoraiti.eu.pn/index.php/weather.html and this is the one i compare it with- he has a davis pws- http://aganet.gr/ )
