Hi,

I don't know how many sensors or stations that Netatmo manufacture or sell, but the wind sensor that I saw appeared to be "cloud" based.

The additional information here on this "sister" forum may be of some interest.

In that thread, I quoted from the Netatmo FAQ which said:

"Q11: Does the Netatmo Weather Station have a Windows / Desktop / PC App?
No, unfortunately the Netatmo Weather Station has no Windows / Desktop / PC App at the moment".

Cheers, Alan.

I saw that too, that's why I'm asking

They sell different items as options. Windsensor is one of them.

I have a better forum where they talk about API and PHP.

I Think you make your own custom app that you can "call" up on your webpage.

The nice thing about this weather station is that it comes with a nice app from appstore.

I've recently installed and aligned a brand new anemometer with a wireless transmitter at 45 feet AGL to clear all surrounding trees and structures. I get really consistent wind speed and direction readings. There's a guy about 1.5 miles with a Netatmo station and his reading are all over the board. It could simply be the location, I'm not sure.
