Hi All

Post by GTB »

just a line to say hi

found this great bit of work by accident - so i am giving it a try

so far so good - i have it running as a service on XP pro

i'm from Terrigal, NSW which is a well known spot north of Sydney - we call the area the "Central Coast"

got interested in weather stations because of my interest in {very} amateur astronomy
bought my wh-1081 on ebay before they got too dear
had to replace and modify the reed switch on the rain guage where it had been installed on the wrong side of the circuit board - but apart from that it has been ok
barometer seems a bit out but i have no exact way of checking

keep up the good work and i am sure to be poking my beak in now and then
