Correct co-ordinates.

Post by Harric1955 »

I get an error message flashing on CUMULUS because I have not got Longitude or Latitude coordinates inserted.
My coordinates are:
52.18.12.21 N -Latitude
0.35.43.42 W - Longitude

My problem is that there are only 3 cells to input these coordinates when in fact I need 4 cells. Something has to go. How should I input these numbers.

Thanks for your help.

I'm familiar with quite a few co-ordinate formats, but I've never seen a.b.c.d before. if that's actually degrees, minutes and seconds, and decimal seconds, then you'll just need to drop the last number. If that isn't what it is, doing that will get you in the wrong place, though.
