Cumulus will not download data

Tried to open Cumulus yesterday morning and the pop up that says "downloading data" stayed on the screen all day and never dowloaded data from the weather station. The weather station is working properly, and I have never had a problem opening Cumulus and downloading data. Not sure why this is happening. I am using version 1.9.1, and an Ambient Weather station.

Please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

Those files are from the 14th August and earlier. Are you sure you're looking in the right place? Perhaps you have two installations of Cumulus on your PC, and this is why you're having problems?

Edit: Actually, this is exactly the same zip file that you uploaded back in August, so perhaps you've just uploaded the wrong file.

This is the new one, sorry, I still had that one from August and didn't realize it was still there.

Thanks. Unfortunately I don't know what the problem is. You had some sort of problem with the station on the 29th Sept:

Since then, it won't respond to requests for data. You could try making sure it's plugged in properly, or try a different USB port. Other than that, I don't know what to suggest; from the point of view of Cumulus, it's stopped working.
