What are the settings Weather underground for on Cumulus also the APRWS/CWOP settings I have noticed that some of the latter boxes have got things in them that I have not put in.

Geoff,
Once you have setup an account with WU and/or CWOP, and have the proper settings in Cumulus for them then Cumulus will regularly upload your data to those sites-
