My LogDate format is 'yyyy-MM-dd'
@Mapantz what is yours ?

It is logged as 2017-08-01 in my text files.

Is anything showing up in your error_log or errors in your cpanel?

Have you definitely got full data in your databases?

There's no data file for today: http://meteo.laurentmey.fr/CU-X5/charts ... 7mysql.txt

Only 4 days of data for this month: http://meteo.laurentmey.fr/CU-X5/charts ... 7mysql.txt

It's extracting the data ok, otherwise the month/year graphs wouldn't be working either. It's either some corrupted data, or there's no other data for it to extract.

Thanks Mapantz,

Good point.
In the scripts it is the same : "'YYYY-MM-DD" ?

Code: Select all

dataPoints1.push({label:moment(rowData[0],'YYYY-MM-DD').format("ddd Do"),y:parseFloat(rowData[10]*<?php echo $windconv;?>)});

I doubt it would make a difference, thought try changing the code in all files to :

Code: Select all

dataPoints1.push({label:moment(rowData[0],'yyyy-MM-dd').format("ddd Do"),y:parseFloat(rowData[10]*<?php echo $windconv;?>)});

To match yours ?

Tony

mm,

I think this maybe your issue = the cache files are not being updated at all.

Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (HY000/2002): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) in /home/laurentmp/www/meteo/CU-X5/jsondata/mysqlupdate.php on line 10
Connection failed: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

To test that your "mysqlupdate.php" is working or not (I suspect not) delete all files in your "chartswudata" directory and refresh your page, or better still run "yoursite/jsondata/mysqlupdate.php" and see what happens.

Tony

The most obvious reason for this would be that you may not have the correct settings in your "easyweathersetup.php" file for the Cumulus DB variables.
.eg image attached:
Cumulus_DB_Info.PNG

Which was provided in the test files.

Hi laulau,
Well done matey, no need to be sorry, you have it working that's all that matters.
I will also confirm I can see the result here as well, displaying correctly.

Now go to CSS/windicons folder and rename any icon with the letter w in change it according to your language example SW.svg to S0.svg or NNW.svg to NNO.svg and so on...

I think... :(

Yes I had to change localhost too as mysql was on my cumulus server, which is not my web server too.

all good fun though - ended up removing both php 5.6/7.0 (mess from upgrading Jessie to Stretch) removing phpmyadmin too, then reinstall php 7 and then phpmyadmin, just to get looking at my database.

anyways working now....

I also have another upgrade of 174 packages! mostly mono, but will leave this till someone can confirm 5.2.0 works with Cumulus :)

I noticed there were a few differences between my version and some of the others, so I just updated to the version on Brian's site, then transferred the sql stuff back over. All working!

I have found something though, not sure if it just me or not?

I can't seem to change the colours of the 4 boxes at the top, despite the settings being this:

$position1 = "homeindoor.php";
$position2 = "cumulus-sunshine.php";
$position3 = "earthquake.php";
$position4 = "homenotification.php";
$position1title = " Indoor <green> Sensor</green>";
$position2title = " Sunshine <orange> Hours </orange>";
$position3title = " Recent <blue>Earthquakes</blue>";
$position4title = " Weather <red>Alert</red>";

It shows as Green, Blue, Red and Orange, respectively.

yes the last few versions of this template had some filename changes as well as tweaks.

if anyone is upgrading then best to make a copy of your original folder and then update the copy.

Some of the old filenames maybe listed in the settings text file, but not actually listed anymore setup page so it would be advisable to do a fresh install as you may see peculiar functionality or missing data.

Yes I noticed that a while back and since being in hospital recently forgot to mention it to Brian.
There is an imbalance between the "easyweathersetup.php" variables and the "Settings.php" variables and the "settings1.php" variables and their eventual reference points within certain reliant files. One example is the "indoorlocation" and also the "position*" variables, if you track them back / forward there is a point they get lost. Sorry can't recall the detail on it but worth tracking if you have the time.
Regardless of versions I think as I am running the latest and a modified version of the WxSim version as well.
Regardless one needs to remember that Brian has been developing multiple versions (cumulus/wxsim/wd/etc.) and had to deal with recent events.
The fact it is still functional by all is purely down to Brian....and credits to him always..
Let https://sourcegear.com/diffmerge/ assist you to view changes.
Kind regards,

You will have to monitor the output for whatever the word is returned for West or North in your language..example West would be Ouest.svg
