FTP problem

My hosting provider (https://www.1and1.es/) tells me I should transfer my files by the protocol SFTP-SSH File Transfer using port 22, because the FTP protocol over port 21 is being removed to file transfer due to insecurity.
Cumulus has no available SFTP-SSH protocol.
What I can do ?

Cumulus MX now has FTP over TLS (but not SSH FTP).

The only other suggesting, if you're using Windows, is WinSCP. there is a SSH Client that allows SSH FTP so you could set a tasks schedule every 5 minutes to upload to your 1and1 site.

I use the WinSCP FTP client (command line of Winscp) to grab McAfee Repositories every monday automatically using a Task Schedule.
