Hi Jacques,
those templates are no good for us in the Southern Hemisphere ;) Especially Australia :)

More importantly imho, hows the Blues Template coming along? I've been hanging for this one :)

Hope you and everyone else has a great Christmas!

With the ini file changer offline

What colour settings are people using ?

I quite happy to copy/paste into my ini file if someone can provide the details, either here/email/pm.

Hi Ken,

I Give you the .ini file to merge with yours!

But please be careful :

1 - Turn off Cumulus.

2 - Take a copy of your existing Cumulus.ini file, FIRST!

3 - Open My color file "Couleur.ini" and you'll find only 2 "Sections" in Brackets [Display] and [Graphs]

4 - Find the same section in Cumulus.ini file. But be careful Sections in that files has more item (lines) then mine as yours contain more then just Colors!

5 - Find in Cumulus.ini each line contained in "Couleur.ini" and change it (replace it)

If you do not do any mistakes, your Cumulus display will be "Yellowish"

(If any problem, take back you original copy you take at step #1)

Jacques

In a few days I'll include an automatic Volor changer for that!

Holy Smokes! I am so glad that we do not see that kind of snow. It is a possibility here, but very rare. I HATE shoveling snow.

Hi Petertjuh360,

Header has not been planned to be moved! Then I have painted upper corner of weather with the same color of background. JPG produce smaller image files, but not support transparency.

Then, the easier way to solve it is to use PNG files with transparent corners. I've done the job for you! You just have to take zip file included here and copy those png files on your site, and do a little change in style file.

1 - In sunny_weather0.css, change sunny_weather0.jpg for sunny_weather0.png

2 - In sunny_weather1.css, change sunny_weather1.jpg for sunny_weather1.png

With those files, you could move your header as far as you want!

Jacques
Ps... it's funny to see template in "strange" language

Thank you :)
But maybe im doing it wrong, i still see the problem.

Ps Maybe you can make something like the strings.ini in Cumulus so you don't have to translate all files if there is an update for the template.
- Edit -
Now discoverd the php version, but how can you translate this version?

Hi Peter,

Newest headers package are in PNG format. Then, corners supposed to be transparent!

For other language version, I keep html version for that reason. As I mentionned before, that template use standard template as base. Then, you just have to take standard Cumulus template in language suitable for you and replace Suny Weather's "data" with standard <table> in your language.

For php version, you have to talk to Beau (n9mfk), author of this version, to see if he could translate it for you!

Jacques

Badly enough they aren't transparant (See www.weerinzierikze.nl)

Hi Beau,

I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong (quite possibly!), but can you check the date formatting on gauges.php and compare it to any other page?
On my website, gauges.php shows the correct date e.g. 5/01/12 (note UK formatting), but all other pages report the date as 1/05/12 (American formatting).
So something appears to be reading the date wrong everywhere except on gauges.php.
It also lists the date correctly for all the records on the records.php page (but not the "updated:" reference at the bottom of the page) if that helps?
I've checked the mdqsettings.php file but there doesn't appear to be anyting in here which tells it how to read the date format. I also know the date is being passed correctly from Cumulus as it appears correctly on my HTML version of the website.
I don't really know anything about php to be able to work out what is happening, or am i being dumb (quite likely!!)

Cheers
