And why stop there, you could also have pictures that are nice and sunny, and some stormy, then also use the <#forecastnumber> tag, something like "picture-<#isdaylight>-<#forecastnumber>.jpg You could reuse a few images to cover a range of forecast numbers. I realise that the forecast isn't a 'nowcast', so you maybe you could use the <#rrate> and or <#beaufort> tags to select an image. The <#rrate> would have to converted using a bit of javascript to a 0/1 value.
