Not sure this is the right location for this post but here we go anyway
I have been uploading my data onto twitter using Cumulus, this works fine
I have seen requests posted before asking about having a facebook upload so was surprised to find that twitter already has this function built in.
The problem is this works fine for a while then facebook locks out the uploads
initially i was updating every 30 minutes then i tried every hour both got locked out
facebook states that it restricts 3rd party uploads to a certain volume but does not give a specific amount
anybody got any idea on the maximum frequency of uploads ? i know its possible because i have seen other sites that seem to manage it ok.
Thanks
Neil

I had sort of calculated about 90 minutes as a minimum figure you seem to have confirmed my thoughts
shame really I would have liked to averaged 1 per hour
