 Post subject: Help! My toolbox's Remote Commands list vanished!

Hello David,

I have some batch files to perform some tasks starting at midnight (mostly zipping & FTPing the collected data to our database server).

Some days ago I was performing some maintenance task in my weather PC and I noted that all of my "Remote Commands" are gone.. :shock: Very strange situation but I don't put an eye on the subject, so I rewrite the command list from the paper backup and problem archived!

But just three days ago, I was changing the command's executing time and Oh surprise!, at the following day all of the commands list was vanished. :cry:

I'm using toolbox version 0.6 build 46

What could be happen ? Please let me know if I can help to solve this nightmare..

Can you check that you have not disabled the list? If the check is ticked it will not show your commands!

Has anyone else experienced their remote commands disappearing?
Every now again, my net book that runs Cumulus, locks up (don't know why yet). Following that lock up, my Remote Command section in Toolbox has been cleared. I only have one remote command to update my dayfile.txt, and now have the syntax saved in a text file so I can quickly set it up again. But nonetheless, I would like understand why it gets cleared.
Not sure that David is around to answer, but any other ideas from others gratefully received.

I had it happen once some time ago, I have since then backed up the three ToolBox configuration files in the Cumulus folder (CumulusToolbox----.txt) - easy to restore if they go again.

This happened to me today but I luckily recovered the information from a PC backup I did last month. I did not have the disabled box checked so not sure what occurred. All sorted though.
