I am betting a .Net initialisation error when trying to start Cumulus Toolbox. It states " Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this Application".
Machine is running XP 32bit on a Intel Atom based machine and .NET Version 4 is installed. Only thing I can think of that because I installed the Operating system from a Memory Stick the install made the windows drive I: rather than C: as all the stick was considered to be C: and then there are a load of Removable drives, so I ended up with I!!

OK tried everything cannot get it to pick up the .Net library.

I haven't found a direct all in one replacement but use FTP Voyager & Scheduler (http://www.rhinosoft.com/) which is good for the FTP uploads. (Free)
For remote script calls I use phpJobScheduler (http://www.phpjobscheduler.co.uk/) but it depends on traffic on your site to trigger it, but works fine for me. (Donateware)
