If your ftp server supports it, you could try selecting the 'rename' option in Cumulus.

After getting help from daj, I now have icons, but the forecast icon never changes? It always shows "0.png" even though the forecast # is 5.

Dont worry, I send you another version of the script tomorrow morning with working icons. (it's now 23:23 in The Netherlands, and my girlfriend wants some attention from me )

Im also working on a extra page with the gauges and the graph's on it.

Final goal is to make an complete console with realtime data, gauges and graphs, history data and much more.. 8-)

I like the layout, looks good.

Just a couple of observations;

My idea of a console is that it should be completely realtime, you have the Silverlight realtime gauges in there, but the values don't always match up with the Cumulus generated wind gauges (perhaps because of your upload interval or refresh script rate?).

Additionally, I find it hard to make sense of the 3D graphs, aif they were line graphs they would be much more useable.

The final goal is to make the gauges (semi) realtime. Updates every 10 to 15 seconds. The gauges and the graphs are the original Cumulus gauges and graphs. The console dont use the silverlight gauges, it uses the flash gauges.

Completely realtime can be nice, but uses a lot of datatrafic on the server.

The gauges page is not ready yet, it is just an idea how I want to make it.

I have changed the script a little.

Unpack the files and overwrite the old files with the new ones.

Nice !! *wondering if the graphs works with all the units ? , By the way why are you updating in 15 secs the fine-offset will not gove you values within 48 secs .

Hi Ron,

The script is ready to use with different kind of weather stations. Mine is updating every 1 minute. But it is possible to set the update ratio very simple in the config.file to suit ones needs.

To make the page as it is I had to use o lot of tricks.

The script make use of the standard cumulus images (updated every 5 minutes), standard flash file (updated realtime), data from the realtime.txt file (updated every second) and also it make use of the database files (monthly files updated every 30 minutes and dayfile updated once a day)

To make this all work together was realy very difficult to do. The demo page is now updated every 5 minutes.
Because Cumulus itself has not a good way to handle the history data by itself I had to make use of all kind of files and databases and use them together. That is a hell of a job to do i,f I may say so

But the script is not ready. I put it online to show off actually

The graphs are made with highcharts, It takes the data from the database and make fantastic graphs of the data. The script is still raw code, need to tweak it a little and clean up the code.

I hope to get the script ready to release sometime next week or so.

I saw it was made with highcharts but I just wonder
the realtime.txt file (updated every second)
why you do this the fastest time is 48 seconds for a fine offset anyway I look forward to the scripts(s)

FYI Works fine with Chrome. IE9 will not show the graphs.
