Re: Widget for Android
Thanks
First of all I didnt realise you needed another xml file - I thought the realtime one I had would work ?
So I have followed the above instructions and installed the xml file and added to Cumulus, as per instructions. Unfortunately still not working
http://www.bramptonweather.co.uk/cumulus/cumulus.xml
Cant find file etc - fairly happy the xml file is where it should be
(My weather station website is running on XP if that makes a difference ?

There isn't cumulus.xml in your server. You must upload with comulus/ configuration/files

Re: Widget for Android
Got it going now
I didnt add anything into the remote filenames section
First Impression of Pocket PWS- looks OK, perhaps needs to look a little more dynamic, colour is a little drab and figures small and thin on the second page.
The other widget - "Weather Station" has the edge on looks and better detailed info when you selected it and brings up the additional page. But constantly just stops working and I have to reboot my phone for it to work again

Re: Widget for Android
For Pocket PWS you need only one file, but different from that.Super-T wrote:Doesn't work for me. http://www.janter.co.nz/weather/realtime.xml
Works ok with "weather station" app by Alex Veluscek

Google needs time to update their servers.

Check the install instructions here: http://android.teszdesign.hu/installati ... s/cumulus/
So, you're not using the realtime.xml that is already uploaded to my website?
I select the realtime.xml in Pocket PWS.
This is version 1.1 of Pocket PWS from Google Play. Is that correct?
Changed the filenames to cumulus.xml with your template and it now works.
Google Play updated to Ver 2. All OK
