Streaming Webcam/Data to YouTube Live

Thought people here might be interested - YouTube now allows a live stream, so i have been trying out an experimental live cam (Logitech 930e) with a data overlay powered by Cumulus:

http://weather.casa.ucl.ac.uk/webcam.htm

The stream is 720p, so you may need to change the settings to view the full quality stream. I could go up to 1080p but it puts quite a hit on the CPU. I'll do a blog post on it sometime this week with more details...

We opted for xsplit - it streams 720p for free and 1080 with a small watermark - it was remarkably easy to set up once we sorted out the encoder...
