Just checked it's manual again:-

•ContaCam doesn't support MPEG-4 or H.264 only cameras (there is no RTSP implementation in ContaCam).
Note: those cameras can still be used through VLC.

So looks like it could work in conjunction with VLC.

iSpyConnect does support RTSP natively.
