Cumulus 1.8.2 beta available (bug fixes)

There's a 'beta' build of Cumulus available where I've tried to fix a few urgent bugs:

- Zero divide at start up (Fine Offset)
- Extra day rollover at start up when closing and starting again between midnight and 1 am (Fine Offset)
- Crash at startup (Oregon Scientific)
- I've changed the ftp 'change directory' code to try to avoid the problem some people are having specifying the correct ftp directory

Please try it (if you're having any of the above problems) and let me know of any problems or successes. Back up any important data!

It seems my attempt at fixing this was not completely successful. I should have another fix shortly, in the meantime I suggest that you try to avoid closing down or starting up between midnight and 1 am.

This changes the format of the realtime.txt file and has a few minor bug fixes.

This is now a 'release candidate', so I'd be grateful if you could give it a try and report any problems.

Another build (459) uploaded to

This fixes the decimal point format in the new realtime.txt items, and adds the build number to the end.

Also changes to log the average wind bearing (when available) to the log file instead of the 'current' reading.

I've uploaded a new build (460) with one small change - I've (hopefully) reinstated the 'last data read' status for Fine Offset stations, which I inadvertently removed.
