Cumulus Support

Thanks to Ib ("Dane"), there is now an installation guide for Cumulus, available from the downloads page: http://sandaysoft.com/downloads

I'll start a thread in the forum for comments and suggestions, particularly for any specific instructions that you think should be added for weather stations that aren't mentioned yet.
