I'm trying to close some of the enhancement requests. The tracker doesn't appear to have a status called 'implemented' which closes them, but the status 'implementing' does, so I'm using that. So, if you get an email saying the status has changed to 'implementing', it means that I think I've done the change in 1.9.2 (or possibly earlier).
I'm also finding a few that I don't intend to implement and I'm marking them as such.
