Allows setting of wind gauge range (see display settings). The range will scale to 2x, 3x etc as required, as before. Minimum value 5. Note that some values may cause the scale to look a bit odd; multiples of 5 are probably best.

Allowing setting of snow depth unit in diary (see display settings).
