Yes, I expected that to happen. It's a new day, so whatever caused that small negative value yesterday no longer applies. Restarting Cumulus now, or just waiting for it to fall off the end of the chart will see it disappear. I think that you must have somehow introduced a small rounding error when you edited the today.ini file. Cumulus should really round the figures properly when it writes them to the file, but normally it's not a problem.

Yep, on closing and then restarting cumulus it has leveled it all of to the way it should be :D
